Where is all the time going? Before I knew it, July had begun! So sorry this update is a day late but on the bright side it means two updates for this month XD
It’s definately been a busy month. A New video went live on my channel over on youtube earlier this month so if you haven’t seen Echo’s video, you don’t want to miss out as it features my micro bat! Which I shall be making more of for Doki Doki in September however they will be part of a mystery lucky dip so it will be a surprise as to the one you get. Not only will there be micro bats though, there will be micro rays too! Some will be simple minky and accents, others will be completely mix match/patchwork. I’m very excited to start them.
Before I return to focusing bats and the next doll project, I’m speedily working away on my outfits for a convention at the end of the month, Megacon Manchester.
They are of my own design and something I plan to wear several times over, including at Doki Doki.
I ordered brand new business card the other day as it was about time I did as some of the information of them was no longer accurate plus I wanted it to feature the crochet dolls and bats, not just the repaints I have done as that is no longer all I make.
Yesterday was a big day, Squish spent the night at his grandparents (my parents) with out me, which was a very big first for us both as he has never been away a full night without me which hit pretty hard later in the evening. However earlier in the day I used deep cleaning my craft space to be a distraction and my gosh it looks so strange but in a good way. Fabric tubs were sorted though and got rid of fabric I no longer had use for. I even finally unpacked the last 4 bags that had been lurking under my desk unsorted for roughly 2 years almost! There is still alot to do but it has a really nice positive feel to it and I can even use my chair again instead of stealing my other half’s XD
So much has been done and still so much more to be done. We shall see what this month has in store.
