What are weighted critters made of?
All weighted critters are made from plush minky and polycotton fabric. For the filling there is toy stuffing (100% polyester) and poly pellets, which is what gives them their weight.
Are they safe to wash?
Yes. All materials are machine washable. I recommend placing your critter friend inside of a pillow case before placing them into the washing machine on a delicates cycle. It is safe to use your normal detergent and fabric softener.
How do I dry my critter?
Leave them to air dry until completely dry. They are safe to leave near a warm (not hot) radiator however if placed in a dryer, the weight could damage your machine and the heat could deform the poly pellets.
