What are weighted critters made of?
All cosy critters are made from plush minky, polycotton fabricand a zip for easy access to the microwaveable belly.
For the filling there is toy stuffing )100% polyester), quilt wodding (100% polyester) and rice. The weighted cosy critters also have polypellets, which is what gives them their weight.
Are they safe to wash?
Yes, just remember to remove the rice belly first. All materials are machine washable. I recommend placing your critter friend inside of a pillow case before placing them into the washing machine on a delicates cycle. It is safe to use your normal detergent and fabric softener.
How do I dry my critter?
Leave them to air dry until completely dry. They are safe to leave near a warm (not hot) radiator however if placed in a dryer, the weight could damage your machine and the heat could deform the poly pellets and even potentially damage the plush minky fabric.
